employability

The TRANSITION program is an employment preparation program. It is intended for people living or having experienced psychological fragility and who need support to regain or acquire skills related to integration into the labor market.

The workshops

  • Group training (13 people) with a CREP/CSDM teacher (certificate)
  • Individual follow-up with the employment counselor

Objective

Acquire personal and professional skills to integrate and maintain employment.

Training content

Self-awareness
Interests, values, needs and psychological realities.

Orientation
Determine an employment objective related to their training and work experiences, their weaknesses and their strengths.
Update your skills.

Job search technique
CV writing according to job objective, cover letter, job interview techniques.

4 week internship

Research support and individual follow-up
Finding and obtaining employment Follow-up and job retention.

Art-therapy

Group workshops and individual support

Community options: art workshop.

Participation criteria

The person must be registered with a Local Employment Center (CLE).
Be on social assistance, employment insurance or without financial assistance (unemployed).
Be motivated and available for 24 weeks from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
